Aurora, our sensory division specialises in providing technology led multi-sensory and immersive spaces for education, training, simulation and healthcare and also encompasses our interactive floor and scent delivery products.

We are currently recruiting for the following positions...

Customer Support Technician

We have a vacancy for a Customer Support Technician to join our Customer Technical Services team. The position involves supporting our range of IT and AV products both remotely (telephone and remote support), as well as visiting customers across the country to provide on-site support where required.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual, with good organisational skills and a sound understanding of general IT and network-related technologies. You will have good customer relations and communication skills and may already be working as an IT technician or helpdesk engineer within a similar field. Product-specific training will be provided.

The position will require you to travel to customers' sites on occasion so a full driving licence is essential and a company vehicle will be provided when required.

Type: Full Time / Permanent

Location: Barnsley, South Yorkshire. (M1/J37)

Salary: Based on experience.
