Our self-contained kiosks offer an innovative and attractive alternative to the conventional desk or wall mounted solution, with all the comprehensive features of EntrySign.
Completely self-contained with integrated RFID reader for use with contactless cards or fobs and optional QR reader for rapid acquistion - just one power and one data point is required for the entire solution. Multiple kiosks can be connected together to provide multiple sign in points for a single centralised system.
EntrySign kiosks are designed to be free standing with no physical install required, but they can be secured to the floor if required using the supplied fixing kit.
Kiosks are supplied in white or black as standard, and are available in any other colour to order.
We can also add your logo or branding to the front of the kiosk if desired.
Our events feature allows you to quickly create an event, and optionally pre-book delegates into the event. You can customise the sign-in options for each event allowing you to create a minimalist, speedier sign-in process.
Delegates can sign-in using QR codes for an even faster sign-in, or alternatively pick their names from the list of pre-booked attendees.
After the event, you can easily see who attended, and what time they arrived. If your delegates are required sign-out you can also see how long they spent at the event.
In addition to tracking visitors and contractors, residential and care homes also need to record details of residents who leave the facility with family and friends for visits, days out etc.
EntrySign™ provides an easy to use alternative to traditional paper-based books frequently used for this purpose, at the same time improving both health & safety and efficiency.
All information is stored in a real-time database allowing to quickly and easily see who is on site (staff, visitors, contractors) at any time and lookup historical movements by date, visitor or resident.
EntrySign™ integrates with Paxton Net2 access control systems* so if you already have a Net2 door access control system EntrySign is the perfect addition for a truly integrated solution.
Entering your Net2 server details into EntrySign allows it to create users within the Net2 environment automatically, or vice-versa so you don't need to repeatedly input the same details into seperate systems. If your Paxton system is using Mifare cards, you can even update card numbers in Net2 automatically from EntrySign.
Customers with Active Directory domains can utilise EntrySign to bridge the gap between the AD and Net 2, creating and disabling users in Net 2 automatically and reducing administration time.
For convenience, EntrySign can also release designated doors automatically when people sign in or out, and can also utilise real-time clocking data from your Paxton system to sign people in and out automatically on EntrySign when they enter and leave the building using Paxton readers or keypads.
